We design and build one real AI workflow for you or your business in four weeks. Not a proof of concept — a working system you own, understand, and can extend yourself.

Week 1: Discovery — your domain, workflows, and where the leverage is. Week 2–3: Build — we spec and implement together, so you learn the craft of specification as we go. Week 4: Handoff — you run the system independently. I make sure you can maintain, iterate, and expand it. You keep the workflow and the spec. Nothing is locked to me.

Ongoing Advisory

Monthly check-ins for clients who've completed a sprint and want a thinking partner as they scale. We review what's working, troubleshoot what isn't, and plan what's next.
